In years past I have marketed over 23 local subdivisions- from finding the dirt, what house plan to build, and then marketing the lots and the homes. I know the agents, builders and the many neighborhoods of Clark County. My son, a few years back, figured I had physically been in over 10,000 homes in the county new and pre owned.

I am an official "Empty Nester" and know well the demands of a growing family. Im enjoying this stage of my life and have great fun watching our grown sons start lives of their own. So far we have 2 wonderful Grandkids! Golf, road trips in the PT Cruiser convertible and reading the latest mystery are always fun. I enjoy gardening but am a novice in training.
